✅ Before You Start

Make sure you’ve:

• Set up your Asset Types Library
• Created any necessary Custom Fields (like serial numbers or expiry dates)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Find your Equipment

• Find your RFID Handheld Scanner
• Turn on the RFID Handheld Reader (Scanner Gun).
• Check you are connected to wifi.

2. Open the App and Tap "Manage Tags"

• To register a tag launch the G2G app.
• From the Main Menu of the G2G app, select Manage Tags from the menu options.
• The Manage Tags menu will be displayed at the top of the screen and the Scan Tags screen will appear.

2. Scan the RFID Tag

• Hold the trigger down and to scan the tag.
• The app will list tags in range of proximity to you.
• The tag at the top is usually the closest.
• Tags thats are registered will display the name of the registered asset displayed.
